HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, individuals must receive an entry form either by an authorised sanofi-aventis Consumer Healthcare representative or via email (if a member of the Nosy Club) during the promotional period.

To enter, eligible entrants must then print off the entry form if received by email, complete the entry form including their full name, pharmacy details and an answer to the question "Why would you use Betadine Sore Throat Gargle at the first sign of a tickly throat?" in 25 words or less, and fax it to 1800 555 335 during the promotional period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are employed in a pharmacy. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

4. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Only one (1) entry permitted per person.

6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

7. Promotion commences on 05/07/09. Entries close midday AEST on 30/09/09. The judging will take place at sanofi-aventis healthcare pty limited, 87 Yarraman Place, Virginia, QLD 4014 at midday AEST on 10/10/09. Winners will be notified by telephone.

8. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the 25 words or less question. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will be awarded an AUD$10,000 voucher for Mary Rossi Travel to be redeemed for a holiday to Japan only. Up to AUD$3,000 can be redeemed for spending money in the form of Travellers cheques in Yen currency and the remaining balance must be used to book accommodation flights, transfers or activities. The Mary Rossi Travel voucher will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. The next best five (5) valid entries, as determined by the judges, will be awarded a Nintendo DSi Portable Game System valued at RRP $300.00. The next best 100 entries, as determined by the judges, will be awarded an American Apparel T-shirt valued at $25.00. Winners will have the option to request their size for the American Apparel T-shirt however if any sizes are unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to award another size in its absolute discretion.

10. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Mary Rossi Travel voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the Mary Rossi Travel voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Mary Rossi Travel voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Mary Rossi Travel voucher. The travel voucher is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Mary Rossi Travel.

11. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

12. Total prize pool value is $14,000. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash

13. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

15. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
